What is Scratch & Dent?

Scratch-and-dent appliances are brand-name units that have minor cosmetic imperfections — typically small scratches, scuffs, or dents on the exterior — but are fully functional. These blemishes are usually from shipping, handling, or floor display and have no impact on how the appliance works.

What is Open Box?

Open-box appliances are units that were returned by a customer, used as a floor display, or had their original packaging opened. They may be in like-new or excellent condition. All open-box units at Deals Depot are inspected before sale.

Are the appliances tested before sale?

Yes. Every unit we sell is inspected by our team before it goes on the floor. We only list appliances that are confirmed to be in working order.

Do the appliances come with a warranty?

Yes. All appliances sold at Deals Depot come with our standard warranty. Manufacturer warranties may also apply depending on the unit and brand. Contact us for details on a specific item.

Can I see the appliance in person before buying?

Absolutely. Our showroom at 16826 W Warren Ave, Detroit, MI is open for in-person visits. We encourage you to come see the exact unit before purchasing — especially for scratch-and-dent items.

Do you offer delivery?

How often does inventory change?

We receive new inventory weekly. Scratch-and-dent and closeout units sell quickly, so if you see something you want, don't wait. You can also contact us to ask about upcoming stock.
