1. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All orders received before [SPECIFY YOUR CUT-OFF TIME, e.g., "2:00 PM EST"] will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping Promotions

3. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping time and costs.
International Shipping

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the shipping carrier's system to update with tracking information.
5. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped. Address changes must be requested before the order is processed.

6. Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times do not include processing time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Recipient unavailability
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Signature Requirements

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but that you claim you did not receive. Once a package is marked as delivered, title and risk of loss pass to you.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Check if the package was left in a secure location or with a neighbor
We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged:
- Inspect the contents immediately upon receipt
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us at (313) 307-3333 within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the damage
We will review damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Resolution is at our sole discretion.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
8. Order Cancellation and Modification
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately. We may not be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at (313) 307-3333 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
9. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
10. Shipping Carriers
We ship via [SPECIFY YOUR CARRIERS: "USPS, UPS, FedEx" or specific carriers]. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
11. Holidays and Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, both processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volume and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance during:
- Black Friday / Cyber Monday
- Christmas and New Year's holidays
- Other major shopping events
12. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to:
- Inventory shortages or stockouts
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- High order volume
- Product backorders
If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
13. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
